Consultancy Service

You only need to call us to arrange a visit; someone of our commercial or technician team will be able to carry out a complete demo of our products and advise you in the purchase of the most suited products and software systems.
DIOPTASE is completely at your service and will adapt to your various department requirements from arranging a suitable delivery date to ensuring personnel training, all through assisting you on installations and ensuring good site operation.
Two different departments will be concerned by the training procedure : On the one hand, your administration department which will be using Route Manager, Tourmaline or EasyBilling software from the PC to establish the final client billing and on the other hand, your technical support department and meters readers team who will be given both theoretical and practical training sessions .
Technical Support

In order to respond to our clients as quickly and as accurately as possible, DIOPTASE has set up an after-sales department which is exclusively supervising the good operation of Hand Held terminals and software systems. Fully qualified people work in this department and can provide the following services :
- An in-depth knowledge of the products and software systems
- A call-centre
- A long-distance maintenance capability via modem
- A Hand Held computer workshop where faults can be quickly diagnosed and where a stock of Hand Held computers is held for loan or replacements within 72 hours of the fault-detection time, if the faulty Hand Held computer cannot be repaired quickly (depending on the type of maintenance contract previously signed.)
Client Support
All the DIOPTASE products (hand-held terminals and software products) have a 1-year warranty and any defective product is repaired or exchanged for another product in the same range. After the 1-year warranty has elapsed, a maintenance contract can be agreed upon and will enable the user to benefit from the continuity of similar services.
This Client support can also be achieved through the R.M.A. cycle (Return Material Authorization) which help us in the regular follow-up of our products and software systems. The R.M.A. attributes one unique reference number per product, once registered, we can advise you at any time of the status of your products – whether it concerns an annual calibration or a unit being repaired – and of the provisional date of product return.
